Back in Action!!!

After being out in the sidelines for more than 6 months.. the forgotten man (but nt as forgotten as our ancestor.. u noe who u are.. ;p) Yong Lin, Yang is finally ready to step onto the pitch again.

YYL was injured during the end of season break in December while participating in the annual Play Chinese Chess competition. The legendary and ever popular event requires the participants to Play Chinese Chess in different positions continuously for as long as they could. Being the 9 time defending champion, YYL was gunning for his 10th straight title when disastor struck in the grand final. While trying to execute an insanely difficult manouvre (with a difficulty rating of 100 out of 10), YYL lost his balance & fell down, nearly injuring his valuable Chess Set (with his crown jewels embedded inside -- its a feature of the event). Being the YYL we know - he treats his Jewels like the holy grail, he tried to protect it from breaking. Fortunately for him, he managed to save his jewels, and they live to fight another day... Alas, in the process, he fractured his left wrist, rendering him injured and forcing him to relinquish his title. YYL was then sent to the hospital and thus began his ardous journey back to fitness.

After many dark days of rehabilitation, YYL has finally declared himself fit for the coming match on sunday. Club chairman Lim JY conveyed his congratulations from Alpha Tango land, and said "I'm glad that such a wonderful player has finally recovered from his injury. He'll just be like a new signing! (as quoted from our beloved French manager of some EPL team who loves to play without goalkeepers.. and may lose their 3rd place on sunday to their london rivals.. rly is LOL)"

YYL is understandably delighted to be back. He said, "Its been a very long journey back, & I'm really glad to be back playing football again!" When asked if he would try to get back his PCC title this year, he replied, "Well, it depends, Playing Chinese Chess has been the passion of my live. You can even say that the sole purpose of my existence in this world is to PCC! If fitness permits, I'm sure to participate in the competition again. I've been practising real hard too! I started training just 2 hours after my injury, helped by some japanese maids and nurses that I've downlo... err i mean hired on the internet... & i've been increasing the intensity of my training to nearly 10 hrs a day!"

With such determination, its no wonder that YYL is again the overwhelming favourite for the 2010 PCC tournament. Well, that's it for this moody thursday's report from your friendly reporter. Cya guys on sunday!

LATEST TRANSFER NEWS (1 MONTH OLD)

In one of the most astonishing transfers of the season, Lim Jii Yan, the (ex) VISIONARY midfielder of Losers FC has made a record breaking transfer to Winners FC.

A transfer fee of £80 million and 1 cent was agreed between the 2 clubs, breaking the previous transfer record held by the move for Cristiano Ronaldo from Man U to Real Madrid by 1 cent. The deal was actually agreed more than 1 month ago, but was kept under wraps by both the clubs and player so that the Lim can settle nicely into his new club before his heart-broken fans (if there's any) got wind of the news. The communication barriers between Alpha Tango Land & Singapore has also contributed greatly to this delay.

Jii Yan said, "I'm very pleased that the move has gone through. Its been my life-long dream to move to the Winners FC. I've FINALLY FOUND MY TRUE LOVE!"

No doubt his expressions of strong affection to his new club will please fans of WFC. But he also has kind words for his old club LFC. "LFC was the one that gave me the opportunity to break onto the scene and polish my skills. Without the help of the club, manager, and my mates, I would not be here. I also would like to take this opportunity to encourage my best buddies MC & YYL. I'm sure with more effort & luck, you guys can make it too! Remember, You're not Hopeless!! Just don't find those too high level one [like have to look like AV star or gals who like gals] can already.. All the best!!"

Ok write a short one !

Beijing is very developed ! not as bad as i assumed it to be. Even had bicycle tracks specially blocked out for cyclists and of cuz I own a cheapskate bike for 40 SGD. What else, limbei also signed up for California fitness club for 200 SGD for 3 mths ... Haha becoming FIT!!

Most memorable experience till date : My Harbin trip
Went for skiing on the very first day upon reaching Harbin. Sux totally for the first 30mins, but after great determination and aptitude, I became a pro skiier ! Wootz! lots of ice sculptures around Harbin too, dazzling to the eyes.

U guys nv webcam me yet lo... but i got wind of the "amazing windscreen crash on your own house gate" incident. Hahahaha, Happy birthday my dear fren ! what a way to start your year with a BANG !

12 pp in a group is really a major headache, lots of incredible politics going around. totally "something out of nothing". Don't worry, I will continue my pursuit of True Love.....

Bird nest stadium at close to sunset

All made of ice "Bing Ma Yong"

Skiing experience at only 40 SGD with a coach
