Trr's retirement

On JUNE 5, a 5.9 magnitude quake shook Sabah in Malaysia and it struck us that Terrence, who sent Andy a birthday greeting on the previous day, was there on a school trip.

1. Trr's final words to us on 4 June 2015

We were constantly kept abreast of his situation with updates from various sources throughout the next day even as we continued with individual activities. But our worst fears were realised when The Straits Times published the report on the identities of the 8 casualties on 6 Jun.

2. 8 bodies identified on 6 Jun.

Consumed by grief and disbelief, one by one we struggled to accept the fact that our No. 22 winger has not only eternally retired from our weekly soccer but also from our lives as well.

3. Soccer will no longer be the same.

His satirical but humorous remarks will forever be etched deep within our heart. His incredibly optimistic way of life will serve as a rememberance to feed Cherokee's shiny white wolf inside us. Most importantly, his final act of bravery, taught us to live a life with dignity and responsibility

4. "Last attack!!" Trr displayed his finest quality as Mr Loo

Terrence Sebastian, in Latin (Language of the Roman Church), means smooth & venerable and our Trr had certainly lived up to his given name. Despite the fact that he is no longer here physically, he shall, forever live on.

5. Till then our no. 22, our friend, our brother.

Undisputed quote of the year: COOL
