Formation for the upcoming game @ Old Police Academy

Hi guys, we will play a 4-4-2 formation, with some game instructions below

GK- To be confirmed
RB-Yangteng
RCB-Shili
LCB-Yonglin
LB-Gant/Alvin (Pending confirmation from them)
RM-Junwen
LM-Juehai
CM-Songwei
CM-Tingfeng
FC-Terrence
SC-Cemi

Defence

Shili will marshall and command the defence. He will hold the line for offside trap and listen to him for instructions on positioning etc. Yonglin will provide the pace to cover for any lapse. Clearance dun just pump, look for our wingers or Terrence to run into space. The full-backs focus on defending, only try to overlap when you feel you have the stamina to track back. Throw ins will be taken by the Yangteng & Gant/Alvin. Practise ur throw-ins before the match if possible. Defenders, try to play abit more hard. Remember, contain dun commit. Yonglin, I understand you like to play LB, but for this game we need you more in the centre, so i seek ur understanding.

Midfield

Doing what we do best, Songwei will partner me to run the show in midfield. Songwei will play the hargreaves role and spoil the opponents' attack and distribute the ball around. I will try to support the attack as and when i can, will be looking to release our wingers or strikers with through balls, pls be alert. Juehai, show us what you are capable of on the left flank. Take on the player if you think you can, but your main priority will be to try to swing in crosses into the area. Likewise for Junwen, pls put crosses into the box. Take on the player if you are confident. Link with Terrence, Cemi or me in the middle. Juehai will take the right corner, Junwen/me will take the left. Do an inswing and put it at the top of e 6-yard box, not too near to the keeper. Midfielders can attempt long shots when presented with an open opportunity.

Forwards

Terrence will play the supporting striker role. Utilise your pace and stamina and run into empty spaces to stretch the opposition defence. Cemi, play your usual game but be careful of the offiside line.

General

1) Be mindful of your 1st touch. Make the effort to trap the ball properly
2) Try to play the ball within 2 or 3 touches
3) Be more physical and harder in 50-50 challenges

Any objections or suggestions to improve the tactics are welcomed.
