Ah Feng Good Food Recommendation - Omu Rice & Gelato Ice-cream

Hi..all e muggers out there..here's some nice foodie pics for you all to salivate..

Presenting to you, Omu Rice @ Bugis Junction Food Junction. First you choose the kinda rice you like..either burnt rice or normal rice. Second the sauce, tomato or curry. Lastly, you get to choose the main from beef patty, chicken, salmon, bacon etc. with a nice omelette done on e spot in a hotplate served to you sizzling hot.

Then, for some desserts @ Ministry of Food (MOF). The main theme of their desserts here will be the Hokkaido Gelato Ice-cream. In Japan, Hokkaido is well known for its dairy products, particularly the farm-fresh quality of its milk which is then used to produce low-sugar and low-fat ice-cream!

Green Tea Ice-Cream with Hokkaido red bean flavour with almond flakes

This is a MUST TRY here, highly recommended, especially for girls, they will love the green tea ice-cream and the red bean. The green tea ice-cream tasted just nice, not too overpowering and I personally liked the red bean v much. It's sweet and i like it gluey, nua nua like in the picture but you are still able to pick up each individual bean. The tangyuans were really Q, combined with the red beans, it gives a comforting taste with a dash of crispy almond flakes. Will definitely be back for more.

Vanilla Gelato Ice-cream with Red Bean

It comes with a special sugar syrup with a card detailing some info of the sugar syrup. To me, it just taste sweet and nothing special, gimmicks, pattern more than badminton. I feel this is rather normal and perharps not hitting the right spots. A normal combination of ice-cream, red bean and crushed ice. Will choose the former anytime.
