Ah Feng Good Food Recommendation - Ramen

This cozy authentic japanese restaurant is situated at Robertson Quay, along the Singapore River, just few steps away from Butterfactory.
The standard of the ramen here, in my opinion is the best that I had tasted in Singapore and definitely surpassed the many Ajisen Ramen franchise, with the soup base having the deepest impression on me. It's become a favourite haunt for Serena & me.
Their Signature Tonkatsu Ramen
Even till now, the aftertaste is still lingering in the back of my mouth since lunch. The signature ramen here is the Tonkatsu Ramen (Braised Pork). The pork is braised in soy sauce and coupled with a little fats, the taste is superb. Special mention will be the egg which is deliciously 3/4 done.
Spicy Tonkatsu Ramen

The yummylicious 3/4 done egg.

The gyoza here(gyoza pics not shown due to upload size constraints) tasted not bad too as its nicely grilled and not fried, so you don't bite into a dumpling full of oil like some of the ones outside.

The restaurant is situated at a rather quiet residential place, just a stone throw away from the bustle of Clarke Quay. The scenery is quite pretty at night when the lights are up, especially the colourful bridge.

Excellent for a date and some quiet moments with your other half. Can try popping the question here, but not the cherry. Lol.
