Wonder has been beset by injury during a prematch warm-up session 3 years back. He picked up an ACL problem, had knee surgery and have not been fielded since.
Statistics point to LFC having a greater chance of victory with their Manager MC in the team - and defeat did not look a prospect after Jun Wen and Terrence put them one goal ahead before the break.
Charlie was the cast as the villain last week for too much solo efforts against Random Team White but he assisted with a goal in the second half after RTB(Random Team Blue) had gave up.
Terrence, Yiqin, TingFeng, Songwei scored to complete the scoring and TingFeng was given a yellow for swearing too much at Charlie.
But for all for the attacking power of LFC - it was JY in defence that was the talk of the game.
With a turn in results since last week lost, Wonder's first appearance of the season and in-form JY offered stability in defence.
They were able to settle back into the defence as RTB struggled to get behind the hosts - when they did, Wonder was helplessly outpaced. Lucky for him, the opposing striker could not convert his 1 on 1 chances.
There were also couple of shaky moments but Wonder dealt with them with ease.
It is been more than 4 years since RTB have played a game and they looked unable to keep up with LFC's stamina on the field.
RTB has tried to implement more of a passing down the flank game but they did not look threatening with this approach - JY's superb cover of the right ensured of it.
LFC were not made to wait long for their opener, LFC midfielder Jun Wen distinguished himself as an attacking threat with a goal by scoring from a beautiful built-up in the first minute that caught RTB off-guard.
The 2nd goal came from Terrence whose marvellous positioning allow him to finish the job with a simple tap in from the far post.
Cemi, who has been on "an amazing run of form", started as NTU striker,
The opener appeared to deflate RTB and their only promising move before the break saw "Tall Striker"'s shot screw wide. Not once, not twice but thrice after outpacing Wonder.
RTB were granted a lifeline minutes before the break when Juehai bundled the ball from a header. His awkward clearance found Keeper, "Buffon" who thought he could not hold on to it, headed it into the feet of the opposing striker who is left with nothing but a simple slot in and the first half ended with LFC leading 2-1.
RTB soon equalised at the start of the 2nd half. Yiqin responded by taking the lead which started with a flowing move from JY, whose cross found SW open in mid, laid it off for Vin. His lobbing pass found TF which he beautifully control it down with his chest then releasing the ball to the unmarked YQ who had no trouble finishing it.
The two-goals cushion was restored 7 minutes later when Terr tapped in with his knee after YQ had flicked on Alvin's pass.
TF added the fifth with 14 minutes remaining, after much tussling in the midfield.
With the game in grasp, LFC then played their own kind of football. Charlie was then blitzing down the flank, and his solo effort which ended with a backpass, found SW unmarked outside the penalty box. His thunderous drive richoet off a defender shoulder and provided the sixth.
Despite the attacking power LFC showed, it was Wonder's first appearance of the season that gave the home fans the biggest cheer.
Wonder has endured a wretched 3 years absence from soccer. It was 6 months ago that he started picking up gradually.
'He's still getting better,' said Capt YQ. 'He's not 100% yet but we needed him to play today because we did not have enough defensive players.
'His performance was good overall and it's obvious he has experience which he has brought to the team. It is good to have him back on the pitch.
'To have a players like Wonder in defence is great because of the college experience he brings and he knows the team very well. Physically he needs to adapt to the rhythm of the matches."
When asked about the unavailbility of star players like Andy Ng, YunJun, MingChin and Wu Jun Wei, the manager commented that "These kind of things cannot be helped, the players need to know where their commitments lies. We need these players back once they have found their leaves or farm enough badges or finished with their endless mugging cause of having low intellect. As for MC, we need to hope he will recover faster.
